The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia intends to reclassify the charges against the three  defendants in the case on March 1, 2008 from "overthrow of the constitutional order" to "offense in office." Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan stated  at a meeting of the relevant commission in parliament, presenting details about the progress of the case.

The republic does not receive food,  medicines, the mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross to transport seriously ill patients from Artsakh to specialized medical institutions in Armenia has been terminated.

ArmInfo. Members of the "We are Artsakh" action group of the Artsakh pan-Armenian movement are  holding warning rallies in different parts of Yerevan to draw the attention of citizens to the humanitarian catastrophe unfolding around Artsakh as a result of Azerbaijan's actions.
